Mahindra Thar gets AC and new features at a price tag of Rs. 6.75 lakh
Indian Auto giant, Mahindra, has upgraded the Mahindra Thar SUV bringing in air conditioning and an engine immobilizer to the package. The new features are applicable only to the 4×4 variant that is powered by a CRDI engine. The insides have comfy twin bucket seats to add to the bliss of driving on rough road conditions. The Mahindra Thar that is available in BS4 emission norms implementing cities of India comes with a 2.5 Liter common rail turbo diesel engine pumping out 105 Bhp of peak power and 247 Nm of peak torque. The Thar’s engine is mated to a five speed manual gearbox with the 4X4 system operating through a Born-Warner transfer case.
