Feature rich Renault Fluence Diesel E4 launched in India at a price tag of Rs. 15.12 lakh
Renault India has upgraded the Renault Fluence diesel by bringing in a new top end diesel variant with all the additional goodies the petrol powered variant had to offer. The new variant called the Renault Fluence E4 is priced at Rs. 15.12 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
Initially when the Renault Fluence was launched in India, Renault had adopted a unique pricing strategy by placing the diesel powered variant lower than the petrol variant considering the fact that diesel car sales were on the rise owing to the increasing petrol prices. The cheaper diesel powered variant however had to be stripped down of a lot of features inorder to lower the price. So now for an additional Rs. 1.5 lakh to shell out in your pocket you can enjoy the diesel powered Fluence without making a compromise on features.
The new features that have been added to the top end Renault Fluence diesel E4 include cruise control, rain sensing wipers, chrome-lined trunk-lid and window sills, auto headlamps, rear parking sensors and electrically adjustable and foldable rear view mirrors. Interiors have also been slightly upgraded to give a slightly more up market feel with a beige shade and leather upholstery, rear sun-blinds, USB and Bluetooth equipped audio system, dual zone climate control and rear AC ducts.
