2012 new Toyota Innova facelift launched in India at a price tag of Rs. 9.40 lakh
Toyota India has launched the facelifted new 2012 Toyota Innova in India. This is the second major visual upgrade to the Innova MPV and changes are both external and internal. Toyota, focusing on making the Innova a luxurious and prestigious MUV claims the new 2012 Innova to be the next stage of evolution in luxury and comfort.
The new 2012 Toyota Innova gets a new front chrome grille, new wraparound front headlamps, new alloys and sporty bumpers with fog lamps. The side profile has also been slightly updated to give it a more muscular look. The rear end has not been changed much apart from the clear tail lamp cluster and a slight bulge on the fifth door profile.
Moving on inside, the interiors get a lighter colour theme, two tone seat covers, dark wood finish interiors, touch screen on center console, DVD, Display Audio with USB, Aux and Bluetooth. The Innova also gets steering mounted controls. The top end variant of the new 2012 Toyota Innova also gets a reverse camera.

The new Innova will be carrying on with the same petrol and diesel engines along with the five speed gearbox. The only feature we thought was missing is the option of an automatic transmission which is not available on even the top end variant.
The new Innova is priced between Rs. 9.4 lakh to Rs. 13.19 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. The Toyota Innova has been a segment topper in India steering way clear of its rivals in terms of its quality, driveability, ride comfort and refinement.
