Red Bull Racing Graces the Streets of Milton Keynes
Earlier this month the Red Bull Racing team wowed spectators at a free event in Milton Keynes. The winning Formula One team careered down the streets near their factory in the town. The event attracted approximately 60,000 people on the day, as the council closed off the main roads on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Infiniti, who sponsor the cars, were also at the event. The luxury car manufacturer brought with them the new Infinity FX Sebastian Vettel Version, which was unveiled earlier this year at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It was a rare chance to see the model, which is due to be released next year.
The drivers themselves were in attendance, and arrived in their Infinity M35hs. The sponsorship deal between Infiniti and Red Bull Racing has already been confirmed for next year and it looks as if it is a strong partnership. And as well as racing their Formula One cars, Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel showed off in their Infinity G Convertibles too.
Commenting on the event, Wayne Bruce, Communications Director, Infiniti Europe said: “Today has been a truly fitting end to a remarkable first F1 season for Infiniti and we are delighted to have been able to support Red Bull Racing on the event. It’s phenomenal to see so many fans of the sport attend the demonstration, and judging from the hero laps and our own car display, it appears Infiniti has come away with a lot of new fans of our own.”
Infiniti luxury cars look to have a great year next year, with the continued sponsorship of the racing team and with Sebastian Vettel as their brand ambassador. The Vettel version of the popular FX is due out next year and is likely to be popular with Formula One enthusiasts.
